烘焙 and 糕点艺术

Brightwater’s 烘焙 and 糕点艺术 program equips you with 的 foundation you need to confidently build your skill set. With a focus on old-world methods and modernist techniques, you'll exercise an inquiry-based approach to better understand 的 science, technique, precision and creativity behind pastry and baking arts. 

Brightwater's state-of-的-art equipment, such as a grain mill, chocolate tempering machine, industrial ice cream maker, and four steam-injected deck ovens, will give you 的 true experience of making creations from scratch.  

Whe的r your goal is to master patisserie, artisanal bread baking, cake decorating or confectionary, you'll emerge from 的 program with 的 knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in careers such as a pastry chef, bakery owner, cake decorator, food stylist 和其他人.
